3 Ways to Raise Your Vibration with Flowers

Go for a walk outside. Depending on the time of year, you may have flowers close by. If you do, head outside for a walk. The fresh air and the bright flowers will get your blood flow going and regenerate your cells and your brain! Getting the energy moving and flowing in your body will help you feel better.
Bring flowers inside with you. Can you go pick some flowers or buy yourself some flowers? Keeping fresh flowers around keeps high vibes around. Think about if you’re in your office with the door shut, only a desk and your computer, no living, breathing beings but you. To raise the energy and vibration, keep some flowers close by. You can feel the energy they bring to a room and the way they raise your vibration.
